  5. Coercive- It is the power that a person used to threaten employes .It is used to enforce strict deadlines and punishable action in the workplace. For example threats,writeups,salary cut ,leave cut and termination.

3-Positive reinforcement is a very essential tool when training someone .It can help to increase bond between them.It is very effective in teaching and doind things and improves behaviour.This will helps the employes.

Power Leadership
It is a force that arise from hierarchy and goes towards bottom level. Leadership comes from lower down and goes towards top level.
It is the capacity to decide and change matters and decisons It is the ability to create ,articulate a vision.
Power is self oriented Leadership is team oriented.
Power is the excercise of leadership. This is possible only if you have the power.

Can be a leader without authority .By taking intiative and having confidence you can be a leader.
