The primary role as an educator is to facilitate the learning process and help the individual or community to make informed decisions about health and illness issues.
The following skills are needed for a health professional to be a successful educator :should have good communication skills, ability to multitasking, fit and active with group, good problem solving skills, empathy and compassion, analytical skills, interpersonal skills, initiative, adaptability, administrative and manageable skills.
