1. In a voting system there are several factors that work behind to get elected of a person. The factors which play some role to get elected of a person are - I) socio-economic back ground of the candidate that is from which ground and from which condition the candidate belongs. 2) The political background of the candidate- The political background of a candidate play a role and how long the candidate associated with the political party and the track record of that candidate in the political life.3) The campaign and promise realisation capacity and capability. 4) The overall preference of social,economical and cultural condition of the society and how the candidate handle the situation and manage all section of people of the society.

The political party actually play a role of campaign and through campaign they try to establish their agenda, their motives, their ideology etc and on the basis of several campaign through several ways they try to buildup their acceptance among people.

2) In a political system the winner use all systems and all guns which is associated with highlighting the political system. They use all type of system and they involve all the system. They use it through incentives, through blackmail, through other benefit and umtiultima to get the benefit and to become more popular the system also support the winning candidate and party.

3) On the issue issue national debt the political parties always play a that show that they are not interested to increase the debt further and they try to highlight the several policy of govt which is favour to reduce the national debt. In the time of election this becomes an important issue to discuss with. The political parties criticise each other regarding this debt issue.

4. The debt issue is important but this issue will be remain in US economy because of the economic policies of USA and if the economic policies change in future then the structure can be change but this will take some to get the effectiveness.
