Expensive health care : Treatment become very expensive, and people maynot be able to afford the treatment cost. This may lead to overall low performance of health care in the country
Poor consumer experience and public perceptions : since there can be dispatities in the provision of health care, people develop poor perceptions on healthbcare delivery
Decresed transparency in health care delivery when compared to universal health care
Bias in health care delivery interms of race, ethnicity, gender or financial status:
Bias can happen based on personal characteristics of client, which may lead to decreased quality of treatment or even refusal if treatment
