Vocational rehabilitation is a set of services designed to assist individuals with disabilities to become self sufficient.they providing services job counselling ,job training,work experience ,persons with disabilities, and persons who have job market disadvantages because lack of skills.

The voccational rehabilitation centres perform activities in the hospitals like they give the training for the persons physically handicapped or mentally challanged. to help them to learn a skill and earn themselves from the job.this is a goal oriented program the main goals are,

• Vocational evaluation and adjustment
• assessment of medical,psychological rehabilitation needs
• assist in developing rehabilitation plans,
• sponsor physical and mental challanged persons

The education qualification needed for this profession is Vocational degree in Rehabilitation and needed the skills of training programs,vocational rehabilitation,adult education,
