Answer) When we talk about globalization ,it is no longer limited to few aspects of the world rather it is present in almost all the aspects of the world, world today is a global village and anything happening in one part of the world affects a completely different continent, in fact one of the cases is of pandemic we are living through, the very fact that whole world is affected by it and at same time whole world is trying to find a solution to this problem is an example of this globalization, globalization is present in culture to technology to mutual love for a sports team to trade,the world without globalization cannot be imagined now,what it means is that we are lot more closer and lot more dependent on each ,it has its merits with efficiency increasing and countries helping other countries to develop while its demerits are also present in form of trade wars.The fact is that globalization is and will be there but how much and how it will evolve is a question.

When I see globalization in business ,I see how companies and its employees are so interdependent, to the extent of employees spending part of their jobs in different nations or giving training to each other, similarly when we look at economics, be it trade or be it stock market one good or bad news travels within nano seconds and affect the whole world, the financial crisis and economic upheaval of 2008 is prime example of it,in terms of technology one has to look at reach of social media, the globalization in terms of weapons or how one part of a smartphone is made in one part of world and one in another and assembled in altogether different part of the world.

Globalization debate is not new but it has taken centrestage, it has its merits and demerits and this discussion or debate helps in identifying both.

Finally a question or food for thought for everyone is with trade wars and onus on self dependence are we moving towards deglobalization.
