1. In health promotion model, author corelated the aspects of individual characteristics and behaviour such as personal factors such as psychological, biological and sociocultural factors of the women.In health belief model, author corelated the perception of the women to certain personal barriers that may hinder the health such as internal, environmental and interpersonal barriers.
2. Author focused on health promoting behaviour which were formulated from health promotion model such as individual interventions, community assets, changing policy related to public health system, and partnership from healthy collaborations.
3. Authors recommendation to health promotion is effective as it focus on interventions at individual and community level. Individual interventions could be intake of healthy nutrition rich in macro and micronutrients at correct time and intervels. Eating healthy food supplements with adequate fluid intake are important to maintain good health among underserved women. At community level, partnership from government and non-government agencies to supply of nutritional supplements at village and community levell to all women and children. Health programs must be organised to provide awareness to public regarding women health.
4. Women must be treated well with proper nutrition, sleep and rest in order to have a healthy family system. Family members must live in harmony and work at family level must be delegated to every member of the family so as to reduce work load and burn out. This would reduce threat to self and brings in positive perspective about healthy life style and self efficacy for promoting healthy behaviour.
