• Project Name:  Develop web application for capturing the educational level of people in the community
• Project Purpose Statement: The purpose of the web application to gather the educational data of community people so that required support analysis can be planned for community.
• Background: The community lackin the educational level and government can initiate society support program that can help to improve the education facility for people in the community
• Objectives: Capture the educational data of community people so that this can be analysed for social welfare program.
• Key Stakeholders and Other Players: Organizational leadership team, sponsor, community people, IT head and Finance head.
• Organizational Requirement: the requirement of organization is that they can develop any software that can help the government to facilitate the social program on education standards in the community.
• Approach: We need to develop the software as per the IT software development plan that will run through all the stages of project creation.
• Timeframe & Milestones: We would like to complete the project in next three months of time. The key milestones will be Project charter approval, project contract approval, Draft project. project testing, project implementation.
• Inclusions & Deliverables: the project scope is to provide a web based application that will support in data collection for the society program. This will be applicable for community and people education standards. The key deliverable is to deliver the required function by the application for the community work.
• Exclusions: This will not be applicable other than community education data capturing application.
• Critical Success Factors: the critical success factor is to have background clarity to the team and team facilitate with environment understanding in the community and provided with IT facility for developing this project. Resource availability and fund availability for the project.
• Assumptions: The project will be completed within 3 months of time and with approved budget by the allotted resources for the project.
• Constraints: Timeline to be adhered with max 3 months and budget to be managed with approved budget.
• Related Projects: Historic project completed on developing web applications can be reviewed in the database.
• Risks: the project may need additional resources for timeline meeting. The web application needs to be suitable for the project objective.
