What will you take away most as a project manager from the lessons on triple constraints (time, scope and cost)?
A triple constraint refers to a project factor triangle which tells about the most important factors for the project to be successful. All of these factors makes a triple constraint which is essential for every manager to learn and to understand about various concepts which could effectively trigger your project. The lessons that every manager should learn from a tripple constraint are:
1. Cost: Cost refers to all the expenses and the cost which are being used to establish that project. Every project has it's own designated cost assigned to it. Thus, every manager has to learn to be efficient and to reduce the amount of cost to the minimum and the profitability to the maximum to make the project successful.
2. Time: Time refers to how accurate and fast one can complete the operations in the project. Every manager should learn to be project effective which means to complete the given allocated tasks within an allocated time with the least wastage to create maximum productivity.
3. Scope: Scope tells about the project reach and how much extent your project could go on. A manager should always work on improving the scope of the project by adding the best features and the abilities into it to make the project an exclusive and a desirable options by adding more and more options.
