This question involves analyzing the advantages of an organization that offers quality services that are related to human resources. Specifically, think about two major areas of a performance evaluation: (a) quality and (b) remaining positive throughout. Use your critical-thinking skills to describe some techniques that you could apply toward quality and positive service while conducting a performance evaluation for an employee. Your response must be at least 200 words in length.
During performance evaluation it is not necessary to consider
every minute detail of an employee. Performance evaluation should
consider job knowledge and skills, quality of work, quantity of
work, work habits and attitude. The job evaluator should keep in
mind that an employee is also a human being and not a machine to be
perfect at every job. There can be Times when mistake is done by an
employee, in such a case depending on magnitude of mistake the job
evaluator should take proper decision, rather than magnifying a
small problem evaluator can ignore the mistake and give the
employee some positive motivation and courage to perform the job
effectively next time.
Because if the mistake is magnified then there are chances that
employee will get very demotivated and repeat similar mistake due
to loss of concentration and focus. Remain positive during
performance evaluation and performance review and always consider
to give second chance to an employee so as to improve his job
oriented skills and knowledge. Only a positive attitude can help to
overcome a negative situation, and the negative attitude will only
create more problems and will not lead to solution.
