3) Kidney damage or failure - kidneys removes waste products from body and required blood but when enough blood won't reach kidneys then they can get damaged or can lead to kidney failure
4) Liver problems - liver breaks down toxins for removal from body and when heart failure condition is there, then portal vein pressure builds and increases then it may scar the liver.

Aspirine- Low dose aspirin has anti platelet aggregation property, so it is helpful in stroke patients.
sodium nitropruside is the choice of drug in heart failure patients.
Digioxin, Diuretics, Low sodium diet, Exercise, Stop smoking, Beta blockers, Angiotensin receptor blockers, Vasodialators can be given to heart failure patients.
Vasodialators are given because they cause Vasodialation so that work load on heart reduces.
Beta blockers help in reducing high blood pressure, high pulse rate etc
Diuretics reduces extra water and help in maintaining blood pressure
ACE inhibitors help in relaxing blood vessels, lowers BP and prevents diabetes related kidney damage.
Antianginal drugs - help in reducing chest pain or pressure caused by blockages.
