means more than one people are coming together and doing one
business. Hence when more than one person are involved then in that
Trust is required because work of the organisation
will be distributed among them and they will have to work
independently. Trust will be build among them only when there is
honesty, transparent, clear communication.

- Proactive: Partner should be proactive in making better
decision for the partnership.
- Cost effective: Try to reduce the cost, which will be helpful
for the partnership firm
- Imaginative: Try to be imaginative by thinking new idea and
betterment for the partnership
- Accountability: For each and every activity there should be
predefined accountability.
- Responsibility: For each and every activity there should be
predefined responsibility.
- Communication: On daily basis they should have meeting at start
of the day and end of the day related to the business activity and
it should be record on paper also

- On weekly basis there should be meeting across all the business
units which have interaction between them all
- Atleast on monthly basis there should be workshop with business
units in that they should list down their lesson learnt and
experience among each business units
- If they are facing any issue they should directly contact to

- There should be inter transfer of resources between the
business units
