Tonga's economy is underlined by a large monetary sector . The economy also depends on remittance from the abroad individuals of the country. Economic development plans of the country mainly focuses on agriculture sector and private sectors.. 30% of the country GDP is contributed by agriculture sector and 10% by industrial sectors. . In hard currency earnings tourism of the country have a relevant role. Most of the population of the country belongs to Polynesian ancestry. Society have different classes titled by their hierarchical classification. It includes kings, chiefs, talking kings , commoners etc. In the country chiefs paid two times in a year. they live according to their beliefs. In the country nobles and kings only have right to distribute and own land. Bureaucracy have nearly added to middle class which runs to chiefs from commoners.. But it is viewed that recently gained wealth cannot easily changes the barriers existing in society which comes from the hard history.
