Expert Solution

Generally the tax collected by the citizens of a country is used for the progress and development of a country. These activities include the space activities too. Thus, the tax payers’ money are used to finance the space activities in a country. However, often the expenditures for space activities are huge thus, it becomes quite difficult to use only the tax payers’ money to finance the space activities as the tax payers’ money are also used for building and development of general infrastructure within the country along with providing other facilities to the people in the country. Thus, apart from the tax payers’ money collected from different forms of taxes a country also uses donations by corporate houses and rich people to finance the activities and he expenditures required for space activities. Apart from that the space activities are often provide important information to the world which was earlier unknown. Since such information helps in civilization hence, countries that support the space activities of a particular country also contribute to the space activities by providing the amount of funds to the country conducting space activities. For example number of countries support the space activities of United States of America and thus, such countries provide huge amount of fund to the country in exchange of sharing information and important discoveries from space activities. Such information and discoveries help these countries as these countries alone could not have discovered such information due lack of infrastructure and other disadvantages.

Thus, the huge expenditures require for space activities are financed by tax payers’ money, donations from corporate house and wealthy people along with contributions from other countries.
