1. There are several drawbacks to crowd sourced answers:

  • We can never be sure of the quality standards of crowd sourced answers, and whether or not the users are cheating or not.
  • There may be anonymous enemies to the company posing as crowd source users who want to harm the company. We cannot have confidence on them.
  • It might get difficult to communicate with the crowd source members owing to language barriers.
  • It is a difficult job to manage projects with crowd sourced answers.

2. The sources on the internet are remarkably diverse, and if utilized responsively they can be of great use as we can have varied responses from several kinds of people all around the globe. However, there can be many miscommunication and circulation of wrong information, which people tend to fall into, which can have bad effects. In general, the public are not able to utilize the diversity effectively.

3. Most of the time the public straight away believes every news they get on the social media. However since anyone can post anything there, there might always not be any credibility of everything we see on the social media. So, we should always check the credibility of the source, and verify the facts ourselves from other sources before believing in any news from the social media.
