Ans 2- a) a copy of purchase order or Client requirement order to understand the expectations of client.

b) Procedure of contract review to let employees understand and execute translation of client requirements in standard terms.

c) Internal specification sheet - which is 100% replica of client's requirement into production company's standard terms and references well unddrstood by competent resources in the form of humans or machines.

d) Finished goods checking - to ensure that the translation was followed properly by competent resources of production company.
