Transition is changed in a self, in an own relationship, and
view of the self with the world. transition into early childhood
education and care environment and into school are important for
children and families. transition into school is readiness for
school is a long term academic. the child's ability to transition
depend upon the personal, community, and parents characters.it was
more challenging for the child with low-income family groups and
disabilities. children's early childhood from an early learning
environment can be achieved through assisting children to
understand the routines and practices of the settings where they
are going to transitioning into. the partnership between parents
and educators help parents to manage the changes with the children.
help the child to access early childhood programs provide children
social and cognitive experiences that promote independence and
positive attitudes that cause academic success.

program for disadvantaged group children. provide quality learning
and teaching during early years to complete the transition. better
future school success and academic achievement need peer
relationship, behavioral and emotional outcomes, completion, and
attendance of the school. successful transition into ealry
childhood and into school as a positive involvement of families in
the home, early childhood, and school settings make a successful
transition for the child. individual character impact child

for working parents to get information and increase the knowledge
of parents and improve outcomes in school readiness.
