An individual interview can be conducted over the phone, skype or in person.It involves having a one to one Interaction or discussion with the research subject inorder to gather relevant information that can serve as empirical data. It can be conducted with the use of an audio recorder, digital camera or camrecorder. Interview allow the researcher to gather the most relevant data , which gives him or her in-depth knowledge about the research subject. An interview may be structured, semistructured or unstructured , depending on the research purpose. This is purely a conversational method and invites oppertunities to get details in depth from the respondent. One of the advantages of this method provides a great opportunity to gather precise data about what people believe and what their motivations are .If the researcher is well experienced asking the right questions can help him/ her collect meaningful data.
