Analyze the Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederation, and the U.S. Constitution. Explain the significance of these founding documents and how they altered the concept of government that had prevailed in society before their creation.
The declaration of Independence basically means that the time when America got it's independence from The Great Britain and a formal written document was prepared declaring or announcing the freedom of America. Articles of confederation means a document or agreement which was proposed and made by the states in America back when it got independence which stated the federal govermnent system and how will it work. While the U.S. constitution is a document which embodies the laws and rules by which the country is governed and is amended from time to time.
Before these documents were prepared the country was governed by The Great Britain and which were mostly their rules also later after it got freedom from Britain some loose rules were framed for the governence. But since a country needs some fixed rules. Also the government is divided into 3 sections which are Legislative, Executive and Judicial. The constitutuion was made for making the nation stronger and remove all the weaknessess that were present at the time of Articles of Confederation. The constitution of any nation is the backbone of it's respective nation and the nation is governed by it's constitution and it explaind how the country will work and other laws and regulations. It also tells how the three branches of government would work.
