The Declaration of Independence in the Constitution are proofs that provide the ideological foundations to every country. The idea behind the declaration of independence was when in 1776 the thirteen British colonies in North America were rebelling against British rule, rebelling against their taxation system and the government. Time came when representatives from each of the colonies agreed it was time to put forward a statement expressing the colonies reasons for desiring independence. The process took two ideologies with it. One was that every human are born with natural rights. Second is government is always chosen by people and they can be dissolved to in case there is no consent among individuals. These ideas satisfying both the condition meant that all men are created equal and that government is based on the consent of the governed and it became the foundation for the US political ideal of popular sovereignty, that the government exists to serve the people, who elect representatives to express their will.
