tele communication is a tool that is used everywhere in the field like office, education, hospital, and all employment.it helps the person to do daily activities. for example communicating with family and friends, customers, staff, ordering food, attending conference, making emergenncy calls. telecommunication is useful for a person with no disability. but disability person finds difficulty using telecommunication system.

disability is a condition inwhich the individuals cannot perform certain activities and decreases their interaction around world. disability can be physically, mentally, sensory, intellectual and developmental. telecommunication becomes challeges for person with disability. the challenges are

a person who has hearing impairment, finds difficult to speak with someone who is on other side of telephone. so he need amplication in order to speak, listen or hear for communication. some student with disability cannot perform their studies due this barrier.

a person who cannot speak, cannot give voice communication

a person who is blind cannot use telecoomunication such as video conference, video calls.

a person who has no upper arm they cannot press the button for communication.

there are some standard for getting product

  • the telecomumunication system should perform means allow the voice coomunicationa and it itslef never provide text telephone device functionally, shall provide a non communication point for Text Telephone device users. text phone itself can be turned on and off so the user can use it with text telephone device
  • voice mails and auto attent and intercative voic etelecommunication system can be used by text telephone device ith text telephone device users.
  • voice mail, autoattentent, interactive voice communications system require a response from a user. it give some time for user to give respone and alert a person about time limit. it give more time if user need more time.
  • there is system to be set which identifies caller and caller information and inform user of text telephone device and for persons with no vision
  • telecommunication provide and help to adjust volume minimum 20db in case of transmiiting voice signals
  • telecomunication helps to reduce volume and again it set back to default after every use
  • audiotransducer deliver output and held up to ear. it is effective magnetic wireless couling with hearing teachnology
  • it reduces interference to hearing aid to maximum. thereby user cancommunicate easily with hearing aid
  • technology which encodes,signal compressing, transformation and it stores information and get back information when it necessary.
  • there are some products and device with controls and keys available which helps the person with disabiliy

1. some controls and keys  are tactaily detectable without activating control keys

2,controls and keys are operable ith one hand, this key never require tight grasping, pinching twisting of wrist. the force are required for them to activate keys and controls are 5ibs

3.it takes 2 seconds for key repeatation in the case of character if the key is supported

4. the status of all locking system and key controls are visually detected or detected through the sensory forexample touch and detected by voice

for those who have mobility impairment can continue thier work beacuse of advanced technology like virtul jobs and attend meeting.

there are possible solution can  be brought by innovative technology for individuals with disability. there are options for those with mobility impairment for example a person with mobility impairment can send  and receive infotrmation by voice signal and speaker phones, there are some option in the mobile assistive device where they can receive and send information byvoice signal.
