A. In order to satisfy the teacher with my research work, I will take the following steps:
1. I will reformulate my plan to attain more accurate and reliable data and would consider other options in addition questionnaire to collect information for the research.
2. I would take up a case study that would support the findings of the questionnaire too to give authenticity to my research work.
3. Case study would be accompanied by various reports such as budget report, cost managerial accountimg report, performace report etc.
4. Case study would be summaried by using various tools and techniques of managerial accounting reporting such as financial statement analysis, cost accounting, fund flow analysis, cash flow analysis, ratio analysis etc.
5. It would give detailed insight into the research of managerial accounting and would also illustrates the use of historical data for forecasting and recognition of unusual variances.
B. To be a successful researcher, following ethical norms are required for effective and convincing research:
1. Objectivity : Researcher should aim to avoid biasness in data analysis, its interpretations and conveying the findings of the research.
2. Integrity : Researcher should be a person of integrity and should strive to preserve the integrity of the subject matters and industry or class of people to be used as case studies for the research. He should also try his best to keep up with his agreements and contracts.
3. Careful : Researcher should deligently look into all the matters and should be careful enough to avoid any potential errors or misrepresentation or mispresentation of data and findings.
4. Openness : Researcher should share the correct and actual findings of the research and should be welcoming towards criticism and innovative ideas.
5. Confidentiality : He should protect the confidential data and information that might have come in his notice during the research.
6. Legality : He should obey the legal laws and regulations while conducting the research and publishing its findings.
