My name is XYZ. I work at ABC school. I am a teacher. I am in a noble profession. The one at which students look at for help. I am a science teacher. I was teaching them about the chapter Acids, bases, and Salts. In that, it was explained that if you do not brush every day after dinner then you will end up with cavities. As we eat sweets there is sugar inside it. Sugar eating bacteria convert that sugar to acid which leads to cavities. I told them to brush every night. But I myself used to forget to brush every night. In the school when you work every day a child has a birthday. Every day you are loaded with chocolates.

You eat a chocolate every day and you forget to take care of your teeth every day this will lead to what? Yes, you are right DENTAL CARIES. I went to the dentist as I was having pain in my teeth and a foul smell was coming from my mouth.But finally, I managed to take time out of my schedule and visited a doctor. Now, I brush every day and have healthier teeth.
