INTRODUCTION

Cultural variation may play an important role in human nutrition .cultural influence lead to the difference in the habitual consumption of certain foods and preperation ,food restrictions etc .different cultures can produce people with varying health risk ,because their diet is also different .

5 CULTURES THAT ARE ASSOCIATED WITH HIGH RISK NUTRITIONAL BEHAVIOURS

The influencing factors on high risk behaviours for each culture .these may include,

1) Education .

People with lower level of education may maintain unhealthy nutritional behaviour .that means they eat larger amount of unhealthy ,calorically dense food than those with a higher education level.but  educated peolple ,they more conscious about their health . so they try to eat healthy food .so the education also is associated with high risk nutritional behaviours .

2) Family roles .

Diet is an essential strategy for the prevention of most of the health problems .if the family have increased risk of CVD perceived personal risk ,their motivation to make dietary changes .they need more concentration than others . if the other family members not taking care these person that is also affecting  with high risk nutritional behaviours .

3) Spiritual belief .

Religion and spirituality have distinct but complimentory influences on health .religion helps to regulate behaviour and health habit .religiousness ,including formal religious affiliation and survice attendence ,is associated with better health habit ,such as lower smoking rates and reduced alcohol consumption .spiritual ,including meditation ,private preyer ,helps regulate emotions and blood pressure level ,etc .

4) Health care practices .

Health care practices also associating high risk nutritional behaviours ,good health practices that means controlled diet helps to prevent more dieseases and make a healthy body .for example some of the people are addicted to smocking etc these bad habit are not good for our healthy .and this is against for good health care practices .

5) Drug and alcohol use .

We all know that drugs and alcol uses are very risk fopr our body .many of the peoples who abuse drugs or alcohol defient in certain nutrients .this can occur as a result of eating too little ,eating unbalanced diet ,as a result of excessive drug and alcohol consumption itself .
