The antidote for warfarin is vitamin K.
Step 1.
If Vitamin K is taken in excess it may have some unintended effects . Taking of Vitamin K too much can decrease the effect of warfarin and vitamin k is an important part of chemical processes for formation of blood clots in the body.

Step 2.
This is a fact that vitamin k promotes the blood clotting and it is not an effective heparin antidote because vitamin k can not stop the heparin from working.
