How would you determine that informed consent had been given for the MRI and the medications needed for sedation for the test?
INFORMED CONSENT
It is a legal process of getting the permission from the patient before conducting a health care intervention and after providing the information about the procedure and the complications can occur.
This authorization is given with the undestanding that any procedure involves some risk and hazards

And there are some rare rare risks and complications such as,
These risk can seriously and possiby fatal. Some significant that substantial risk of this purticular procedure includes systemic effect of analgesics and sedations such as irritability and insomnia.Reaction to medication that might even be life threatening.
So once after the consent is been signed by the patient or the relative, the medical team or the hospital will not be responsible to what evee the adverse effect (mentioed above) occurs to the patient during the procedure.And also it act as a legal protection for the health care teaa nd the health care organization or hospital in which the procedude done.
