comply with legislative requirements and support the organisation’s
sustainability goals covering at a minimum:
minimising resource use
resource efficiency
reducing toxic material and hazardous chemical use
employing life cycle management approaches
continuous improvement
Plan and implement sustainability policy and procedures
including:
agreed outcomes
performance indicators
activities to be undertaken
assigned responsibilities
record keeping, review and improvement processes
Consult and communicate with relevant stakeholders to generate
engagement with sustainability policy development, implementation
and continuous improvement
Review and improve sustainability policies.

Question 1. Liaising with key stakeholders, demonstrate your ability to implement workplace sustainability.
Ensure you show:
*An ability to consult and communicate with relevant
stakeholders to generate engagement with sustainability policy
development
*An awareness of which questions to ask when communicating
procedures (such as, ‘Who is the target audience?’ ‘What
information am I trying to convey?’ and ‘What format will best suit
the information?’
*An ability to create the right culture for implementing
sustainability procedures (by, for example: training staff
appropriately, using constructive criticism, rewarding staff who
develop ways to improve, and promoting staff progression).

1.To develop a useful sustainable policy their should a need of undertake steps and procedures .first of all company should consult and interact with stake holders for useful ideas. . Discussions and meeting can turn out many opinion to a collective one and it is important. . .Proper usage of resources is an vital thing in sustainable policy, so Their should be a strict authority to view staffs. . Meeting inside company can improve quality management, hearing staff side and managing issues relating sustainability can improved. . Using of resources such as electricity, water, paper, ac's are all are important, ensure a duty to a member from staff side to check . . It is not the company's response to engage every one to this management, it is all members duty to reserve resources to our future , use this thought in every members through motivation , it can be in morning while during starting session of the work . . Reduce the usage of chemicals and toxic products in certain level. . Certain chart is require to know which staff less used resources such as fan, light, ac and toxic products. Appreciation to the staff who used less resources is taken. This way competitive mind in staffs developed and improve sustainability. 2.establishing sustainable policy is quite easy step comparing improvement and review. . Company need to develop a analysing wing to look sustainable process taken by staffs. . Every week management head would intiate a meeting , in which necessary critisim and appreciation all are to staffs who misuse resources and the staff who proper use resources. . Monthly conduct another metting to develop necessary steps to improve resource management. . If the step taken by the management is weaker to the sustainablity then collective step taken according to the sustainablity. . View analysis table what improvements are done and what are need do more, this way proper management possible. . If any staff continuosly missusing resources then disciplinary action should need to take. . Place a suggestion box for all ,staffs , customer to give necessary suggestions to improve sustainablity
