* Community service industry : Is the service provide or given to the community in group of people so as to achieve the health care and treatment of suffering of the people in mass and in mass practice .

- Now the time i have spent individually in the community service , i feel i have spent quality time in individual role in community service number of time among them i would like describe about one task that i able to served so positively .

- It was in my areas where community service of free medical check ups and treatment camp was organized , i was to support and play a role to check out the patients . There were many staff of different specialization in the camp doing their role to provide best from them to community .

I was also assigned to role out for check up , while i was checking number of patients soecificaaly one case came of whom i was noting down the medical history and symptom of patient . All patients record was essential in the procedure of camp . As i was procceding towards more deep to the case history of patient , i noticed that patient blood pressure was low to normal and even patient was shivering , patient also gave the history of tooth pain and he recently went to the Dentist where Dentist injected Local anesthesia in the orak cavity for tooth extraction . And due to his condition they left the procedure in half way , patinet was little okay at that time but after hakf hour when the patient came to organized community service he was noticed by low blood pressure and his mandible area was still numb due to Local anesthesia . Now the condition was getting worst as Dentist ask the patient to leave after this scnerio and did not concern about the patient condition in hoping patient will get recover . So when identifid with low blood pressure and numb area of the patient , patient started fainting in fron of me in community service . I then personally was resposible for that patient to manage so i did what all i could do , i first took the patient immediately to the emergency ward and admited the pateint , gave the patient a emergency drugs which helped him to recover soon , IV saline and glucose were started , even his blood sample were taken to check the blood . This all scene i personally was taking care of him and meanwhile the report came it was found that the patients hemoglobin was low , so i also helped him with blood donation as eventually the blood group was same . And within the 2 3 days of hospitalization patient got recover . Personally i took his follow up and was so happy to see him in healthy state .

This is how i served in community service programme and i was also been asked to detailed documentation of this scenerio and i was awarded as best community service provider .
