1 : we will add an extra level of anxiety for parents whose vulnerable, sick children are at risk. While parents may be wary of having students as caregivers for their children.
In the pediatric ward parents are often exponentially more nervous than the patients themselves, but through positive practice values and confidence, the student nurse has the ability to truly make a difference when it comes to providing the best family and patient centered care possible.
2 : personal and professional development is to help you manage your own learning and growth throughout your career. It is important that you continue to learn and develop to keep your skills and knowledge up to date and ensure you continue to work safely, legally and effectively.

As a care giver, I have concern about the well-being of others that includes empathy and compassion. Nursing is one of the most stress jobs that might contain devastating work.
