Characteristics of spiritual fitness are

1- Belief and meaning : what are the purpose of your life ,what are the alternative goals you consider all the things what you belief what you admire comes under belief having a faith m those who have a strong spiritual fitness often have beliefs which give them meaning and give them sense of purpose.

2- Courage and growth :without courage and growth there is no spiritual fitness meaning in life .having courage to do something and that leads to your growth .

3- Ritual and practice : having a ritual of doing morning walk and yoga and doing meditation all the ritual and practice you follow gives the meaning to your life .

Alternative health methods consider as unconventional because of these reasons:

1- using alternative from of health methods is consider unconventional just because they are used in place of conventional medicine .

just because unconventional medicine and the methods are not scientific and their qualification are uncertain

Patient turning to alternative methods of wellness care:

1- There are many reason of doing this and one the biggest reason is they might find the alternative method more effective and reliable .

2- In many cases patient are dissatisfied with the conventional methods.

3-They might get better result and fast result and it work good fro them.

Patient exercise caution when relying on alternative care:

1- As when patient is on alternative care it might unhealthy for them in doing exercise as they already go through the alternative form of care.

2- Taking unconventional medicine might leads trouble later and if patient will do exercise it also create problem in the body.

Benefits of good nutrition are

1-having a good nutrition in your basic diet reduce the chance of diseases like heart disease ,diabetes and some cancer.

2- having a good nutrition may improve your ability to fight with the disease as well as it may improve the ability   to recover from the illness or injury fast.

3- It Reduce your high blood pressure as well as lower your cholesterol.
