Discuss the differences between the governments and militaries of Rome and Carthage that account for Rome's eventual victory over Carthage.

The war between Rome and Carthage was a series of three wars which has been taken during 264 BC to 146 BC. The main cause of the war between Rome and Carthage was to expand their country areas.
Rome has a great military force. Roman militaries have full of courage and valour. The Roman military force has been arranged as the model of Greek military force. Besides the Roman military force make a good connection with the government of the country so that they can get any help from them.
On the other hand, the government of Carthage was elected by an electoral process. Though there has no monarchy in Carthage but the political parties always dominated by the aristocratic society. In Carthage the Senate took the decision of war or any other dicission about war. Carthage has a strong naval force.
At the end of the third war between Rome and Carthage, Rome defeated Carthage and possessed the cities of Carthage. Rome won the battle with the valour of its military force and the cooperation of its central government.
