b) From the above graph, we can see here that majority of the people both in white and minority category have a 4 year college plan while a greater % share is for the minority whose plans are for a 4 year college.

For a 2 year college plan, the white prefer it more than the minorities.

For all the other three categories, the shares are almost similar for whites and minorities.
