Public health play a vital role in progressive development of a good society. It can be changed the general growth of people and each individual living status. It has immence potential not only current public health but to tranform present day capacity.

There a lot factors affecting the community due to infectous diseases, poor hygienic practice, and lack of good sanitation, lack of health education, healthy behavior mentally and physically. Public smoking, alcoholism.

All these scenario may taken places in the society due to lack of proper health exucation. It may be from childhood onward or from particular ages. All these becomes a blockers to good environmental, social, economical growth in the community. Many infectious disease occur in community due to proper hygienic method or may be due to lack of immunization at the correct age of human being.

Immunization is the most important factor and necessarily provided factor to avoid infectious diseses like measels, mumps, pertusis, hepatitis, rubella. Polio vaccines are very important to provide to children from getting infected. Nowadays hepatitis are ver common in society especially developing countries. This is fatal and a hugher chances to spread it out, this can be vaccinated and cured if the proper vaccination taken. Due to costly medicine it may not affordable by certain community but government should take steps to lesser the prices of these kinds of vaccination.

In the case of poor sanitation people lives in contaminated area where it is seen the air, environmental, water are poluted. This problems .may be most probably cleared by good approachs made by government like provide public health education, hygenic methods.

PHC team should be arranged and lead them to empower people with needs of public health and keeping the society clean from water, air, envirinmental polution.

Assement of community who lacks immunization, good food, living station, mother and child procuration.A while assessment on infe ted persons and poor nutritive children and mother, jobless people must be monitored and vive them supportive care and assure nutritive foods.

Health education must be provided from school level and importance of hygiene and sanitation.

Each health team workers should act as volunteers of public health.
