STRENGTH

  1. GOODWILL AND FAITH OF CONSUMERS-The brand like apple has successfully established their name in the market and therefore people have faith in their product,this is the strong point of the company.
  2. STRONG BRAND POWER-apple company enjoys strong brand power.apple is generally known for status symbol and premium technical gadgets like mobile phones,mac book,tablets.
  3. GLOBAL IDENTITY-apple has the business concerns all over the world and thus it has potential to serve a large consumer base.this is also of one the strong point of apple company.

WEAKNESS-

  1. COSTLY SERVICES -the services provided by the apple company is very costly.
  2. PAID SERVICES-various services are costly which is generally provided free by the competitors like android platform provide various services free which is charged by IOS users.
  3. LACK OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY-the truth can't be denied that apple has several time served old wine in new bottle.which means it launched various gadgets which were comparatively technical backward.

the above mentioned concepts are serious concern for the firm.

OPPORTUNITY

  1. INCREASED MARKET SHARE-due to unique identity the apple enjoys a large portion of market segment in the economy.the company can enjoy this feature in various positive aspects.
  2. LAUNCHING OF CONCERNED PRODUCT-apple may launch its own software and accessories and consumer would like it to have.in this way company would be able to generate more revenue.
  3. LESS EXPENSES ON MARKETING AND ADVERTISEMENT-due to brand power company doesn't need to spend huge amount for launching new products.nominal level of advertisement would attract consumers to know the features of the product.

THREAT-

  1. TOUGH AND CUT THROAT COMPETITION-apple company faces tough competition with various brand,because in the market there is various company which provides same level of services and technical element at a lower price.this is a serious concern about the product competition.
  2. R&D(research and development) cost- company has to spend a lot of money on conducting the R&D process.this makes the product dearer and sometimes rival gains the market share due to imitation and low per unit cost of the product.
  3. TARIFF-due to global dealing,company sometimes has to face high level of tariff and which affects the demand of the product and it also effects the profitability of the product.
