Reducing the waiting time for the initial appointments is needed because

-Patients will be in suffer during the waiting time,they may also be in a serious condition that they may feel hectic to wait until their appointment timings.

-Some patients may also have less immunity that they get easily affected by other's infection if there is an situation to wait for their time of appointment in the clinic.

-An important note to these type medical services is that treating more number of patients and bringing back to their normal life is the main ethic in this service, by reducing the timings we can treat more patients which gives pleassure to the job's morality.

-Patients who admits needs more care because their condition may be bit worser than others.

-Every patients who enters the clinic for treatment will be in a thought that they should not get admitted as they may loose their comfortable zone, this thought should be vanished by updating the rooms.

-A patient who gets treatment from the hospital should in a comfortable zone because it supports the mental health of the patient which is directly realted to the physical health.

-Amount should be in a affordable cost even by the poor that admittions even in ICU should be lesser with a good service

3)METHODS TO IMPROVE THESE CHANGES

Reducing the waiting timing for the initial appointments

-Appointing more specialist in each department helps to reduce the waiting timing.

-Eventhough there will be an emergency care unit in every hospital and organisations,a separate unit with the specialist should be arranged to treat the patient who has severe issues than others.

For example.,[ If there are 15 patient who has appointment with the pediatrician,in that 5 patient has fever,3 has common cold,4 suffers from stomach ache and 3 has severe diarrhoea, vomiting with low level blood pressure( symptoms of food poisoning).The 3 patients with food poisoning should be treated as soon as possible by another unit as it is a serious condition than others.

-A patient who is in observation is admitted and a person of his known (relatives,friends) stays with him/her to take care of them.Even they should be given a good care that it makes the patient more comfortable

-There are more technologies found to maintain the room with good sanitization those techniques should be applied.

-Lower cost for the needy people who is poor can be provided from the organization by compensating with the profits.

-Providing patients with healthy dietic food helps them to cure better.Physiotherapy, Nutrition advice and Counselling can be made free with providing basic knowledge to the patient acoording to their health issue.

These methods can be easily applicable by any organization,health care,clinics and hospitals. Because these methods doesn't effect the economy department of any organization and simultaneously provides good service towards the patients.These methods can be followed by any organization which is from a small local organization to the well renowned one.
