- There are stages that to be noted for prescribing antibiotics given with drugs, In case of having mild antibiotic-induced diarrhea, the doctor may recommed for an Anti-Diarrheal Medications such as LOPERAMIDE [Imodium A-D]. And in case of severe diarrhea like C.difficile infections, it is strictly said to stop taking antibiotic and might suggest to take antibiotics specifically targeted to kill these bacteria causing antibiotic-associated diarrhea, namely an Oral Antimicrobial Drug called VANCOMYCIN or FIDAXOMICIN. Even these drugs that causes stomach-acid-suppressing are to be stopped and change of treatment is required.

  • Headache .
    These effects are usually mild and lasts for a short period of time.
  • LIVER DAMAGE is rare and potentially much serious than to be unexpected and it undergoes symptoms such as Loss of Appetite, Jaundice, Dark urine and Pale Faeces[Stools] and Feeling Sick for a long period.
    -INTRAVENOUS ANTIFUNGALS mostly used of (AMPHOTERICIN B) that causes Muscle pain and Anaemia. Also affect Kidneys, Heart, Liver and Nervous System damage.

3) Red Man Syndrome is a possible Complication _ _ _ _ _ therapy.
- Red Man Syndrome is a response of Hypersensitive Reaction to the Antibiotic VANCOMYCIN. If red man syndrome appears then these Vancomycin infusion is discontinued immediately. A dose of 50mg Diphenhydramine hydrochlorise intravenously or orally can abort most of these reactions. Once the Rash and Itching dissipate, the infusion can be resumed to a lesser dosage. So, Red Man Syndrome is possible and complicated at first dose but it is curable according to change in Histamine levels and given therapy.

- Antibiotics are taken mostly to fight against bacterial infections in the body. Nurse may instruct Mr.Bugs to have Probiotics which is the major one that help in restoring the balance of Gut Bacteria. Hydrated kind of food is much better to prevent Intestinal Superinfection. Probiotics including Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus and Saccharomyces.

  • Dairy products are healthy but not when coupled with Antibiotics.
  • Should fill body with Vitamin K because of intaking Antibiotics in excess consumption may also lead to destruct the good bacteria that is presented in the body. So Vitamin K enriched foods like Green Leafy, Vegetables, Green Tea, Asparagus.
  • Intake time of Antibiotics may trigger or increase the growth of yeast in the body and these excess amount of yeast growth harms stoamch and even cause a vaginal yeast infection. So Onion and Garlic are suggested to taken to reduce these discomfort.
  • Vitamin B is also advised to take during these antibiotic therapy.

    5) The Most Serious Allergic Reaction is ANAPHYLAXIS. Anaphylaxis is potentially life threatening and is also rare. The symptoms includes Hives, Tongue swelling, Vomiting and even causes Shock, and caused by Insect Bites or Stings and Latex. This is caused when a person have a history of serious ALLERGIC reactions that they may even carry an Epinephrine Kit. These anaphylaxis is not curable but is treatable using Adrenaline auto-injectors such as Epipen or Anapen for those who are in a risk state, and may even recieve a treatment of CPR [Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation].
