Life is all about ups and downs. There are many events that can result in large amount of damage to an individual both physically, emotionally and psychologicallly.

Health cab be defined as a state of complete physical, mental and emotional well being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. Hence in order to be healthy the individual must be healthy innall these aspects.

Traume can be defined as a experience that can be deeply disturbing and distressing and that can cause great damge to an individual.

Trauma is known to effect an individual in a long course or for a life time.

Hence effectively dealing with truama is important,this includes.

- talking about the situation or feeling

- diverting the patients attention with dance ,music and keeping all triggering factors away.

- meditation

-yoga.

-counselling

- encourage the patient to keep one self busy.

- relaxation exercise.

- laughing therapy.

-encourage the patient to except the feeling.

-engage the individuals with others who may have faced trauma.

-have good food as food releasing serotonin a happy hormone.
