Health behaviour is action to maintain , attain and achieve good health and prevent illness and can only be achieved by proper maintaining diet and exercising , sleep and their regular behaviour.
the current pandemic create many challenges that everyone should work on their health behaviours to prevent spread of disease and to maintain good health. They are:
1.The real challenge of Public health Surveillance is to pick up those who are at greater risk from general population, even before they know that they are at risk. It is possible only if you have deep understanding of the society and its people and their livelihood - related behaviour of which health behaviour form a part.
2. Due to this pandemic situation, it has been creating stress, psychological symptoms , post traumatic stres and financial burdens and so many people are facing these across the world.They are developing negative thoughts abouts lives and taking decisions to end their lives.
3. Another challenge is to have health awareness in one's health behaviour. These pandemic situation makes people clear that to wear masks , hand sanitizing and maintaining some physical distance can prevent spreading of disease but yet some people still testing positive to disease. This proves that there is a limit to modify his behaviour and stay safe untill conditions improve during this pandemic without changing their living and working conditions.
Short term Goal during this pandemic: The short term goal of persons in these days due to pandemic is Stress and Psychological behaviours.Due to this pandemic situation, i have developed lot's of stress and negative impact about life .so I would like to work on that behaviour to change and improve optimistic life.
so my short term goal is to relieve stress and challenge my capability to do innovative things in this pandemic which helps me distract from stress and focus on new things. Relaxation and fresh air every morning for hour helps me to relieve my stress and Recreation also helpful to body and mind. Proper healthy diet should maintain to avoid any illness.
Stress reducing techniques involve adding daily exercises , spending quality time with my pets, and listening to music. I would work to change my stress behaviour by these techniques within month and it is really effective to change this behaviour.
