Individuals must aware of the importance of well-being to lead a healthy life. Fitness only not help to improve the health condition but also the modification of lifestyle behaviors is very important. Unhealthy behaviors increase the risk factors for chronic diseases and increase the health care costs. Further implementation of wellness program increases the awareness among the people. The U.S health care system is complex and the health care cost makes the people be healthy first. Focusing on wellness will prevent diseases and lead to quality life. The economic progress of the individual would be better.

But Some challenges present in promoting wellness which includes

• Making of a healthy environment.
• Modification of lifestyle behaviors.
• The individual has to quit smoking.
• Changing of unhealthy eating habit.
• Participation in physical activity.
• Implementation of wellness programs.
• Reduction of stress at the individual level.
• Cultural values and beliefs.

At first, an individual has to analyze and believes in their own wellness. The person has to adopt the healthy practices and follows the principles in meeting the wellness. The individual has to be positive towards the desired goal and reward themselves. Self-confident and self-esteem and positive outlook on physical health are essential.The Government progress for health promotion and disease prevention as the government spends nearly $147 billion for obesity, $289 for smoking. In addition, $230 billion for cardiovascular disease. So maintaining wellness and avoiding unhealthy behavior is the motto of everyone. Keep healthy practices.
