Viral Load Test : The viral load test measure the amount of human immunodeficiency virus in a sample of blood, usually report as copies/milliliter.

No the mode of transmission does not change over the years, the only thing that happened is that the risk factors and stigma related to human immunodeficiency virus has been erased from the society.
