Women are get urinary tract infections more often than men because bacteria can travel the bladder more easily in women. The urethra is very shorter in women when compared to men. so bacteria have a shorter distance to travel. In women urethra is located near to rectum
Treatment :-
woman who is not pregnant, a few days of antibiotic pills will commonly cure your urinary tract infection.
For pregnant women, doctor will prescribe a medicines for both women and baby safe. that is safe for you and the baby. Normally symptoms of the infection go away 1 to 2 days after taking the medicine.
