Expert Solution

Ans: One worker should always follow the instruction from its superior and get it accomplished. Now that is the duty of a worker to follow its superior. Now there are some situations where the worker will play a significant role with the presence of mind and right decision making capability. so that will make the worker different from others and it will be the first step for his success.

Now if there is a situation where the worker is on the field and situation arises to take a decision to accomplish the work on time so immediately the worker needs to make some decision regarding the situation with all his capability and power and complete the work with a minimum loss or create a profit is an example of situational competency.

Now another situation can arise in the working field that the worker needs to choose a correct process or strategy which will be more effective and efficient com[pare to other. in this the chances is more to get success because the worker is having the flexibility to extend his/her work process according to suitability. so this type of efficiency of strategic selection will present the efficiency of the worker and that may lead to future progress.

A worker should always follow professionalism with ethics. so it refers to the loyalty and efficiency of the worker and his social and corporate responsibility toward society. it will also show his leadership and his thought process towards the company. if he feels all his co-workers are equal contributors and whatever the decision been taken it should be on behalf of the company and the employees working in it. so following the ethical process will show his professionalism.

The worker should not only think about the work assigned also think about the expansion of the business through the product and its quality. sometime he may suggest the product extension for the prosperity of business. this will show his forecasting capability and the efficiency to develop an extensive business model.

The worker should not be a self-centered person who only look for his benefits. it should be teamwork. and the team member should get the acknowledgment according to his/her contribution, this will encourage the team spirit and efficiency of the team. all the members will feel the importance of their contribution and they will be more efficiently contribute towards their work. so this nature of a worker not only encourages to be a leader or to accomplish the work with others this will show your leadership quality and efficiency to handle the situation.

So these are some of the steps that present a workere different from other and taht symbolize the worker's efficeincy and the capability as a leder so definitely one worker can achive his/her goal by following the superiors instuction by following the rules and exploring the oppertunity to develoing himself and the company.
