Methods to identify and prioritize his personal learning needs:

Individual Developmental needs:

Training should be given to new staff number to understand his different levels of understanding, skills involved and his responsibilities. Proper training helps to utilize resources properly and to save time and meet the organizational goals.

Individual work goals:

Assess the individual level of learning and completion of tasks. Schedule the daily tasks and individual goals to achieve. Evaluate the understanding of organizational cultures and goals.

Recognition for learning:

Recognize the person's skill, knowledge, and specific skills in all areas of the organization. Give personal training and analyze of skills in a different organizational setting. Analyse the understanding of the individual goals and responsibilities. Measure the level of involvement in goal reaching processes.

SWOT Analysis:

Assess the skills needed for future change in the organization, latest technology and other factors based on the strengths, weakness, opportunities, and strengths. Review the political and cultural factors.

Workplace skill assessment:

Identify the gap between the knowledge and skill. Analyse the level of learning in the different situation and his ability to manage and prioritize the task. Some task can be better do in a particular time of day and some task can be moved to another area and some task can be better delayed for best results.
