We have seen major communication technologies like mobile phone, internet, video conferencing etc but in future i think new communication technology will have positive effects on hospitality organizations like hotels, restaurants and theme parks etc.the new communication technologies will improve the customer experience at hotel in searching, booking, payment and ordering food at hotel and restaurant. Communication technologies will make good relationship between hotel and customers. Hospitality organizations will be able to improve customer satisfaction at exceptional level. Hospitality organization with new communication technologies will reduce business cost and increase profitability.
Hotels will be able to communicate with customers and offer services right away in their room without any interference. restaurant will be able to use technology to reduce customer waiting line and improve payment structure for customers.
the new technologies like use of AI built electronics in rooms will help customers to connect with devices in hotel rooms like customers can say turn on water heater with voice command, call reception with voice command, change the light colors according to their mood with voice command.
the apps for customers in which they would be able to use the app of theme park and see what store, fun and games store, rides, food courts are present and then place the order of rides, foods or games on the app.
