Tabnalapril 5 mg od
Atenolol 50 mg bid
Aspirin 75 mg od
Amlodipine 5 mg od
Clopidogrel 75 mg
Atorvastatin 10 mg od
GTN spry every 8 hrs

# The tablet enalapril
* It's used to treatment of hypertension.
* Initial dose 5 to maximally 20 mg depending on the degree of hypertension
* this tablets are given once a day
# atenolol
* it's used with or without other medications to treat high bp
* it lowering high bp
* 50 mg po once daily
# aspirin
* it reduce pain, fever or inflammation
* it give shortly after a heart attack to decrease the risk of death
* non enteric -coated chewable aspirin in a dose of at least 162 to325 mg.
* chewable aspirin is preferred as their promotes rapid absorption in the blood stream
# amlodipine
* its work by relaxing blood vessels so blood can move easily. Also use to prevent chest pain
# clopidogrel
* it's used alone with aspirin to prevent serious or life threatening problems with the heart and blood vessels
# GTN spray
* it's used to treat angina or chest pain
*1or 2 spray uder your tongue if you're still in pain after 5 minutes you can have a 2nd dose if you're still in pain after 5 minutes you can take 3rd dose its a final dose
* GTN is the only medicine available for fast relief of angina.
# other medications for gtn
* long acting nitrates such as isosorbide moninitrate
* beta blockers such as atenolol
* calcium channel blockers such as verapamil or diltiazem
* ranolazine
