Lisinopril

angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor
indication: Hypertension, myocardial infarction etc..
dosage: 20 - 40mg/day administered in single day dose
10 mg /day consider as initial dose in adults
Adverse reactions: discontinuation therapy may lead to heart failure, acute myocardial infarction
drug interactions: diuretics, anti diabetics, NSAID and lithium
toxicity level: more than priscribed dose may leads to hypotension
antidote:no antidote available
patient counselling: 1, Patient have to report immediately if they experience any signs of angio edema like swelling of face, extremities, eyes, lips, and difficulty in swallowing or breathing.

2, Patient have to report if there is any light headedness especially during the first few days of therapy.

3,Patient should not use any salt substitutes containing potassium without physicians consultation.

4, Patient have to report if any chances for infection which may sign of leukopenia.

Nonsteroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs
indication:reduce fever, pain and prevent clotting of blood.
dosage:500-1000mg every 4-6 hrs
adverse reaction:bleeding, breathing disability etc.
drug interactions:imatinib , antiemetic drug, anti coagulants, anti neoplastic agents and anti hyperlipidemic agents
toxicity levels: 4000 mg/day
antodote:charcoal and n-acetylcysteine
patient councelling: 1, avoid consumption of alcohol while taking this drug.

2, Avoid fingure cut or anything else which may results the bleeding.

3, only take if have fever or painBisaco

Bisacodyl 5mg

laxative
indication: constipation, to clean stomach
dosage:5 -10 mg
adverse reaction:trouble breathing, abdominal pain , weakness etc.
drug interaction:ranitidine and omeprazole.
toxic levels: will cause severe stomach pain and dehydration.
antidote:no specific antidote, have lots of water
patient counselling: 1, maintain fluid intake while taking this drug.

Sediproct cream bid

ingredients: cinchocaine and hydrocortisone
indications: piles , anal fissure and anal pruritis
dosage: insert cream with applicator every day and night
side effects: local irritation.
antidote: nil
patient counselling: store at temprature not exceeding 30 C

Conclusion:

According to priscription patient having hypertension and persistant cough as complains but there is no medication for persistant cough ,instead of that physician priscribed medication for constipation and anal hemmoroids
unnecessorly priscribed laxative and sediproct cream, there is no complaints regarding it .
omol can use if there is any chance of fever because patient having persistant cough it may leads to raise in body temperature.
priscription is not proper and it is not ressolving all complains of patient.
there is no chance for drug drug interaction according to this priscription.
patient have to avoid alcohol while taking omol and have to drink lot of water to avoid dehydration.
