Conclusion:
- According to
priscription patient having hypertension and persistant cough as
complains but there is no medication for persistant cough ,instead
of that physician priscribed medication for constipation and anal
hemmoroids
- unnecessorly priscribed
laxative and sediproct cream, there is no complaints regarding it
.
- omol can use if there
is any chance of fever because patient having persistant cough it
may leads to raise in body temperature.
- priscription is not
proper and it is not ressolving all complains of
patient.
- there is no chance for drug drug interaction according to this
priscription.
- patient have to avoid alcohol while taking omol and have to
drink lot of water to avoid dehydration.
