Magnesium: 390 mg 0.39g

Henry is suffering from deficiency of following minerals

1) sodium - The normal requirements of sodium is2,300 mg each day.

The deficiency can be overcome by taking about 1 teaspoon of salt and includes sodium in cooking and eating . It is rich in

salted or canned meat, fish or poultry including bacon, cold cuts, ham, frankfurters, sausage, sardines, caviar and anchovies .

2) Magnesium- normal requirements is 420 mg. It is found in foods containing dietary fiber, such as green leafy vegetables, whole grains, legumes,and nuts and seeds. It is also rich in cereals .It is also present in tap, mineral, or bottled drinking water.

4) calcium - people aged over 70 require about 1,200 mg each day.

calcium is rich in milk and other dairy, and also in some forms of tofu, dark-green leafy vegetables, soybeans, canned sardines and salmon with bones, and calcium-fortified foods.

4) potassium - the daily requirements is about 3,400 mg. It is rich in fruits, vegetables, meats, and dairy foods contain potassium. Foods contain potassium include dried apricots, lentils, and potatoes. Adults get a lot of their potassium from milk, coffee, tea, and other nonalcoholic beverages.
