Answer will be 50%
explanation::
The linkage of genes in a chromosome can be represented in the form of linkage map/ genetic map/chromosomal map.The distance will be measured between the genes are called map distance.The unit of map distance will be map unit or centimorgan(cM).
And another thing is the measurements of crossing over between the genes called frequency of crossing over or recombination frequency.As we know in genetic mapping we use two terms such as gene order and gene distance.Gene order will determine the linear order with which the genes are arranged with respect to one another and the gene distance will determine the relative distance between the gene.
The recombination frequency will increases as the distance between two specific gene loci increases.It is always measured in Percentage...so if the distance between two gene will be 25cM then it's recombination frequency will be 25%.
The recombination between two gene 50% or less than 50% means whatever the distance between the gene , the recombination frequency cannot be more than 50% because non linked gene produced 1:1 ratio of parental and non parental gene.
Here in question distance is given 60cM ,the distance may be more than 50cM but the recombination frequency will not more than 50%...So the answer will be 50%.
