The best methods to collect and curate feedback :

1) Employee Feedback forms (without revealing names their names ).

2) Suggestion boxes (allowing them to give their suggestions with or without revealing names )

3) Team meeting.

4) Appraisal parties ( An event organised after the appraisal or performance review, to reduce the stress and motivate the employees )

5) Complaint boxes.

6) Encourage team leaders to collect personal feedback and promote the spirit of teamwork.

7) Performance boards and awards including employee voting for best performances .

8) Periodic induction and training programme to ask feedback and follow up on the same .

9) Organise leader lunches.

Methods of responses and follow up :-

1) Take immediate actions on the feedback of complaints boxes.
