Mindset refers to collection of thoughts and belief that shape your behaviour or habits. And it indicate to the typical or habitual ways we think about life. There are two types of mindset one is Growth mindset and other is fixed mindset.Growth mindset is essential for better success and it will change our thoughts.A growth mindset is the believe that if you practise with effective skills or with effective strategies then you can learn to do things. To improve the career of myself it will be the better option.Fixed Mindset means it will not change and they believe that they are born with talents, smarter and faster. They really dont think that brain can grow and improve and they dont really want to take risk.

Yes, it is easier to advance in nursing school with growth mindset. For many beginners it will be difficult because criticisms, low confidence level and fear of failure are uppermost in them. They are afraid of showing mistakes in their lifes and their studies. But they have growth mindset that enable them to take the steps move forward. They try to learn and is shown to illustrate the struggle a learner goes through. Then they shape the mindset according to their thoughts, beliefs and habits. They use the every oppurtunity that they get, accept the criticism and willingness to learn from failure.Students are invited to alter their mindset to one that provide flexibility, capacity to adapt to different condition that they face during their struggle that assist for their growth and success. So they learn the capabilities to select the positive thoughts, boldness to deal with challenges and ready to face the patients.

But in the case of fixed mindset they remain fixed as before and they never learn to change. The mind with dull has no colour or activity that shows the effortless, bent on proving rather than improving the performance. The people never think the brain is improving.so the fixed mindset people have difficult to advance in nursing.
